To celebrate Earth Week, join SkeenaWild, Greater Terrace Beautification Society, City of Terrace and Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine to clean up our communities, trails and rivers – date TBC.

How to join?

• Come to George Little Park anytime between 12 noon and 4 p.m. to pick up your bags and gloves (or if you have your own, you don’t need to come to the park first)
• Head out into the community to clean up an area, and then bring your garbage back for disposal (we will have a garbage dumpster and metal recycling bin).
• When you drop off your garbage, you will be entered into a draw for a chance to win some great prizes. We also have a crew that focuses on cleaning up illegal dump sites outside the community along the rivers and other popular recreational spots. Let us know of any spots that you think need cleaning up.
