Join the Skeena Squad and our local partners on the last Sunday of every month to get outdoors and restore and enhance salmon habitat through hands-on volunteer activities such as:
No experience is needed, and all ages are welcome (children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian). We will provide equipment, supplies, and gloves, and will give you all the training and guidance that you need. You just bring your own water bottle, wear closed-toe shoes or rain boots, and dress appropriate for the weather and for outdoor work.

The Skeena Squad is SkeenaWild Conservation Trust’s new volunteer salmon stewardship program. Join the Skeena Squad and our local partners on Salmon Sundays, which take place on the last Sunday of every month to get outdoors and restore and enhance salmon habitat through hands-on volunteer activities such as invasive plant pulls, native tree planting, stream clean up, storm drain painting, and other stream habitat improvements.
